“Create The Happiness”

th

I’ve always said, it’s so easy to cultivate your feeling into sadness, and frustration when things don’t work out, the heart aches we cause ourselves and lets not discuss the anxiety, and feeling overwhelmed.  Take a step back, and replay the scenario in your head.  Where did I miss calculate or better yet, did I prepare myself for failure, by not completely understanding the task at hand.  Create the happiness, you seek not by setting yourself up for disaster.  There’s where the frustrations starts and getting upset at ourselves, but we already knew what to expect, don’t treat life-like playing the lotto.  Don’t assume the best and end up with the worst.  Those things will happen, if you don’t prepare why go through the motions.

Create the happiness, for you and everyone else who cares about you and expects 100 percent effort in achieving your goal.  If you start something finish strong, don’t quit in the middle, because things will only get harder for you.  Once you’ve done it, than every-time you feel like the walls are closing in, you quit.  Creating bad habits are hard to break, don’t start something you know you will not complete.  We’ve all been there, signing up for the gym, or our health diet, don’t mis-understand my message.  It’s great to do those things and set targets for ourselves but, knowing ourselves is key.  Don’t set yourself up for failure, go to the gym, and start your diet, but limit yourself and make it fun.  Parter up with someone, and encourage each other, it’s called team work, together you win.  Creating the happiness you seek.

I say these things because, life is already tough.  Things will happen, we don’t live forever, but that’s doesn’t mean we stop creating happiness for ourselves and others.  Life is fun, and met to be shared with others.  So start today, create the happiness, you seek and share it with others.  As for me, my blogs and posting help me it’s something I need, it bring peace of mind and assures me better days are yet to come.  My family and friends, help me and by their comfort and support reassured me things are just fine.  I’m not much for getting out, I feel good and everyday always thinking of ways to create my happiness and helping others find happiness as well.

Something wonderful happen to me, as of October, 4th 2015, will be flying to Cambridge, Massachusetts, for a three-day meeting with PatientsLikeMe.  I’ve been selected as one of their team of advisors in help those affective with ALS and promote better ways of dealing and managing their lives.  I can’t even began to explain how happy I am for this opportunity, now I can truly begin to help those effective with ALS and other diseases.  So now you understand no matter what your situation there’s always a door waiting for you, the key is waiting.  So, I’m ready to start creating happiness for me and others, the good Lord works in mysterious ways.  #notalone #notfinished

“Income versus loyalty”

These two topics are completely different, and here’s why.  Loyalty, the quality of being loyal to someone or something.  In our daily business routine we sometimes focus so much on loyalty, and lose sight of the income or profits.  Our expenses and market strategies may not generate the bottom line profits we seek.  In business, its paramount that are outlined strategies and expenses a-line with our profit margins.  With that being said, I understand as a successful business, we must spend money to retain new loyal customers.  But, here the tricky part, our loyal customer will come in with or without an incentive.  Don’t misunderstand what I’m saying, but understand and measure those results, did my marketing piece drive in more customers’ or would the same amount having not marketed to them be the same.  Analysis must be performed with everything and tracked.  You can’t fix what you can’t measure…

Loyalty, what drives this part of the business?  It’s your front line employees they make or break the business.  The surveys may not identify the root issues and only being seen on the surface.  Our customer’s may come-in because of the market mailer they received, but your business may never see them again.  Those are the customer’s who say nothing and never response to surveys.  So, how do we stop this issue before it’s rooted.  There should be a process in place, that ensures every customer leaving has a follow-up scheduled in the system.  Having this process in place will ensure every customer is completely satisfied and will be returning for routine service and maintenance.

I’ve found after all my years in service, and working with our service consultants has given me the tools needed for success.  Loyalty, is what ensures are success and brings many referrals are way.  Understanding our data base is huge.  It’s not difficult, what’s difficult is not using the tools we are paying for, that’s the issue.

I was told many years ago, numbers don’t lie, they only tell a story.  So, spend your money wisely, and track your marketing strategies.  I had put together a focus group and discussed ways of bring more customers in.  You would be absolutely amazed and surprised with all the ideas coming from your staff.  They understand it better than you realize.  Our costs and expenses will be cut in-half just by using their ideas.  So, put together a focus group, service consultant, parts person, and technician, and watch the magic happen.  Make sure you put an agenda in place not to get off target, and objectives must be outlined.  The team wins and most importantly your customers win.

“what’s your strategy”

What’s your strategy?, do you have a plan or simply dumb luck.  I’ve heard this phrase many of times, better lucky than good.  Is this really how we live our lives or it just sounds good.  When things happen, I believe there are cosmic forces which a-line and it’s the inevitable.  We all go through life, not focusing on the negative, but focusing on the many opportunities a head of us.  Some of us, were provided shelter, food, clothing and much more, while others are not so fortunate.  Sometimes I wonder, who is better off?  Those who have everything or those who must fight for their next meal.  What makes a person ambitious, and having the determination to succeed.  What turns on or better yet, what cause the individual to finally see what others have been doing for centuries.

To be ambitious, or motivated and committed is somethings you can’t teach.  I believe it’s just being lazy, and nothing more…

I believe it’s just being lazy, and nothing more.  So, I ask the question, what’s your plan.  Don’t wait too long, and don’t get angry by kicking the can down the street.  Your time will stand still, while others are excelling and growth never stops.  The possibilities are endless, and going after something makes the journey all the more exciting.  Everyday, you wait makes it a little harder and that’s more stressful.  Whatever your strategy, make it fun and eventful, it all takes time, but having a “strategy” is the first step.

Don’t be like that guy on direct T.V, you know what I’m talking about.  Life is meant to be fun and full of struggles, and failures if not whats the point.  We need excitement, and excitement needs us, so stop waiting around and hoping for a winning ticket.  Have a strategy, and start living, enjoy who you have become and wisdom will follow.  Success breeds, success.

We all must be willing to adjust and tweaking our plans just a bit never hurts anyone.  Life will always throw those curveballs at us, always be ready to adjust and finding your stroke makes it all the more fulling.
